Should I use the air collector staff? Or the collector wand + collector air artifact?

For PvE it doesnt' matter much, but for PvP I'd go for a collector staff with +5 defense on each component giving you a total of +10 defense =P The 2 mana loss is negligible compared to the damage reduction you'll be getting.

Using the 12/20/20 air artifact and 12/20/20 air wand sounds pretty sweet though...

The air wand only has a 20% faster recharge mod I believe, not both. The various collector wands I have only have one faster mod on it.
